MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT (BUILDING MAINTENANCE)

HVAC SUPERVISOR– 8 Nos

3 year full time diploma in air-conditioning andrefrigeration with 8+ year experience in Operation and maintenance of centrifugaland air cooled chiller, Package type air conditioner, DX system, Cold rooms.Capable of technical and administrative management and lead the technician.Capable to give technical support, Daily allocation, collecting report. Able toread and understand the electrical control drawing related to HVAC system. Gulf Experience Preferred

HVAC TECHNICIAN– 10 Nos

ITI ( 2 year full time) / Diploma, 5+ year experienceon Ahu’s, FCU’s, Ice cube machine, Refrigerators, Water coolers, split type air-conditioners,Bottle coolers, Cold rooms, Window type air-conditioners, diagnosing andrectification of fault. Gulf ExperiencePreferred

HVAC CHILLERTECHNICIAN – 20 Nos

ITI ( 2 year full time) / Diploma, 5+ year experienceon Centrifugal chillers,  Air  cooled chillers, cooling towers,primary pumps, secondary pumps, dosing controls, operation and maintenance ofchiller and cooling towers. GulfExperience Preferred

GENERATORTECHNICIAN – 20 Nos

ITI ( 2 year full time) / Diploma, 5+ year experienceon latest technology in diesel generator micro based control panel, capable todiagnose faults and carry out repairs. Should be aware about maintenance oftransformers, switch gear panel, LV panel, Synchronizing panels, transformerratio testing, dissolved gas in oil sampling etc. Gulf Experience Preferred

LIFT TECHNICIAN– 10 Nos

ITI ( 2 year full time) / Diploma, 5+ year experience, shouldbe aware of Hydraulic lift, Traction lift, Road barrier and blockersmaintenance and trouble shooting. GulfExperience Preferred.

ELECTRICAL TECH/ ELECTRICIAN  – 10 Nos

Education: Diploma / ITI inElectrical

Experience: Minimum 5-10years of Experience / Gulf Experience Preferred.

He should have experience ofLow Voltage (LV) General installation work, electrical distribution system,rotating plant and equipment, ability to fault trace on electrical andelectronic control circuits. Familiar with laundry and kitchen equipment, pump,compressors, emergency standby systems including generators. Battery stationstabilizers and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems. They must haveability to use test instruments and reading drawings. Some experience of HighVoltage (11 KV) and control wiring troubleshooting would be advantageous. Up todate knowledge of electrical regulations and safety requirements, VFDMaintenance.

The technicians shall beexperience in the operation & maintenance of UPS, emergency generators andall associated equipment.

ELECTRONICTECHNICIAN – 12 Nos

Education: ITI / Diploma inElectronics / Electrical & Electronics

Experience: Minimum 5-10years of Experience/ / Gulf Experience Preferred.

The technician must have indepth knowledge and experience in electronics devices & variouscommunication systems including fault finding on fully automated exchanges. Thetechnician must be experienced on fault finding on fully automated solid statefire alarm system, Building Management System, nurse call system, PublicAddress System (P.A. Systems), paging systems, Dimmers, PLC, VFD, intercoms andgeneral low power electronics, UPS. Should be able to troubleshoot automaticsliding gates, barrier system.

ELECTRONICSUPERVISOR  – 5 Nos

Education: Diploma inElectronics / Electrical & Electronics

Experience: Minimum 8+ yearsof Experience/ / Gulf Experience Preferred.

Able to lead a team oftechnician, must have in depth knowledge and experience in electronics devices& various communication systems including fault finding on fully automatedexchanges. Well versed on fault finding on fully automated solid state firealarm system, Building Management System, nurse call system, Public AddressSystem (P.A. Systems), paging systems, Dimmers, PLC, VFD, intercoms and generallow power electronics, UPS. Should be able to troubleshoot automatic slidinggates, barrier system.
