Job Title / Designation: AUTO MECHANIC

Department / Function: LOGISTICS

Job Purpose:

• To diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles using diagnostic equipment.

• Responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and


• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul cooling units, and perform tests and inspections to ensure

the vehicle’s cooling system is operating correctly.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.

• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.

• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle

functionality and longevity.

• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.

• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).

• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.

• Keep logs on work and issues.

• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.

• Perform other duties as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• Knowledge of diagnosing engine control systems, fuel and emissions systems, powertrains,

electrical systems and brake systems.

• Knowledge of metalworking, soldering, welding, use of various tools and machinery (such as

hydraulic lifts, hoists, engine analyzers, etc.).

• Knowledge of shop tools and specialized equipment, including torches, vacuum pumps, and leak


• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on components and systems.

• Knowledge of computerized testing equipment and diagnostics.

• Ability to read, comprehend and accurately complete service orders.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

• Ability to work in high temperatures, cramped quarters, and hazardous energy sources.

• Ability to work on a ladder and other high lift tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and deductive skills.

• Proficient in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing systems

• Ability to work independently while being a team player.

• Must have manual dexterity, agility, and good hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

• Must have computer and software proficiency.

Job Title / Designation: ACCOUNTANT

Department / Function: ACCOUNTS

Job Purpose:

• Managing daily accounting tasks, making financial decisions by tracking and correcting company

accounts, conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate

financial records throughout the year.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of accounting principles,

be comfortable working with numbers, and have a keen eye for detail. The main goal is to improve

the efficiency of business, while also ensuring the company is well-informed about its financial

health. By doing so, the company can make informed decisions and work towards long-term


• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Update accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is


• Reconcile the account transactions.

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements

according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

• Assist with the reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.

• Enter and update financial data in SAP B1 to ensure that information will be accurate and

immediately available when needed.

• Prepare and submit reports.

• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.

• Assist with other accounting projects.

• Perform other duties as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• Strong knowledge of the accounting standards and software.

• Experience in data analysis and financial reporting.

• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

• Experience with general ledger functions

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Excellent organizing abilities.
