- Degree in Engineering
- 10+ Years Experiece as BMS Design in MEP Industries
- Expertise in ELV & Building Management Systems.
- Designing &Preparing I/O summary for BMS.
- Preparing BOQ as per the designs of the IBMS systems.
- Skills encompass Installation, Troubleshooting and Commissioning activities of BMS , Fire Alarm System
- Maintaining Controllers, Sensors, Valves & Actuators.
- Installation of the Systems.
- Commissioning the systems.
- Manpower handling
- Study of mechanical drawings, sequence of operations,cut sheets, specifications.
- Planning project resource as per project requirement.
- Customer communication regarding project queries and requirements.
- Verifying project quality and ensure quality submittal delivery to customer.
- Supporting team members to achieve project deadline.
- Supporting sales team to achieve targets.
