A qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Construction Project Management and has more than 16 years of solid work experience in the field of Contract and Commercial Management. I have acquired skills in all phases of construction; including scheduling, estimating, contract review and subcontractor monitoring, and I am proud to be best known for my ability to maintain excellent relations with clients, architects, and subcontractors. I am a self-starter, with the ability to maintain focus, and am continually driven towards excellence in myself.

Additionally, I have extensive knowledge in Commercial Construction Management and Contract Administration, overseeing progress from inception to completion, tendering and negotiations process, Cost Management, Managing Variations/Claims, project time scheduling, Interim Payment Certificates, Cost Planning, Cost Control, Dispute Resolutions, settling project problems, owner needs, subcontractor issues, final account and a comprehensive understanding of the complete construction cycle on a variety of projects includes. Construction of Refineries, Water Treatment plants, District Cooling plants, Mega Water Supply & Distribution Projects, Gas Plant and building Construction Projects in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Oman and proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions.
