As Lead Cost Control Engineer - PMC Consultantin the client’s team (Kuwait Oil Company), I was in-charge of providing thecost control services. I participated in successfully handing-over andfinancial closing of 7 projects. I significantly improved the K.O.C. costcontrol functions by re-developing cost progress measurement systems andprocedures which enabled K.O.C. teams to properly control cost performance.
