Worked on Conceptual Design, FEED,Preparation of Project Proposal for EPC Contracts, Detailed Design,Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Operation andMaintenance, with more than 25 Years of experience in a multidisciplinaryenvironment.

FEED Phase:

Involved in gatheringof information for the conceptual design of Hydrocarbon Plants such as  Pressure, temperature, flow conditions atInlet and outlet, pipeline sizing optimization study, Plant Hydraulic,Surge/Slug Analysis Report, Location Class Study (Population Density Index)Report, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Survey, Review of P&IDs, Plot AreaLayout/ Equipment Layout, Alignment sheets, preparation of Feasibility StudyReport, identifying key areas of subcontracting, Preliminary Hazard Analysis,Interfacing with multiple agencies, Project Cost Estimation etc.

Detailed Engineering Phase:

Involved in thefollowing Detailed Design Engineering Services:

Acquaintance ofCodes and Standards which are to be followed for the Project including Safetyand Quality Standards.

Development ofProject Schedule, Invoicing Schedule and payment milestone approval.

Finalize theDocument Control Index and scheduling of deliverables for various disciplines.

Conductinginteractive planning session and coordination with multidisciplinary designteam for timely inputs.

Release oftechnical deliverables for critical long lead items at the early stage of theProject for Procurement.

Ensurecompliance to FEED package without any deviation by Validation of FEED Packagewith respect to Company Standards and submitting of Claims for StandardCompliance requirements.

Coordination ofefforts for equipment packages such as Filtration Skids, Gas Turbine andElectric Motor Driven Compressors, Knock-Out Drums, Suction Drums, Static tanksand Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Water Bath Heaters, Metering Skids, ShippingPumps, Booster Pumps, Loading Pumps, Oil Water Separation system, PropaneRefrigeration System, API-650 Storage Tanks etc.

Review ofdiscipline deliverables and provide engineering support. Participation inP&ID Review Meeting and Squad checking of deliverables, including quality complianceaudit.

Monitoring ofDeliverable progress with manhour consumption and implement corrective actionssuch as raising change orders, Claims, avoiding reworks etc.

Review of scopeof work for sub-contracts for topographic survey, geotechnical survey, undergroundRadar Mapping, Design of Cathodic Protection system, Environmental ImpactAnalysis and review of the Reports.

Review of scopeof work for subcontracts, negotiation with various subcontractors, award ofsubcontracts and review of subcontract agreements.

Activeparticipation and Coordination with procurement activities and participate inthe techno-commercial negotiation meeting.

Participation inHAZOP and SIL Studies and its implementation in the Design.

Review ofMaterial Requisition and inspection levels, resolving of Vendor queries, Evaluationof Technical Bids and provide support for preparation of Technical EvaluationReport, approval of technical documents and deviations raised by vendor, approvalof additional vendors.

Review ofsub-contract schedule for the execution of works, monitoring the Progress asper schedule, adopting the required corrective action to arrest any slippage,approval and release of milestone payments.

Coordinationwith Client for resolving various technical queries, participation in theweekly review meetings, interfacing with multiple agencies.

Construction, Pre-Commissioning,Commissioning and Start-up Operation:

Resolving ofvarious technical queries raised by Construction Contractor and adoptingpractical solutions to expedite construction and Pre-commissioning activities.

Review ofconstruction specifications, Method Statement and quality documents.

Hydrotesting ofFlowlines/pipelines and Piping, including calculations, Hydrotest Diagrams,Acceptance Criteria, swabbing, drying, Inertization (Nitrogen Purging) etc.

Technicalsupport and execution assistance for specialized services like ChemicalCleaning, Fire Proofing, Caliper Survey etc.

Coordination forAs-Built Documentation and Project Record Book.

Conducting technicalaudits for pre-commissioning and resolving Punch Points.

Involved inCommissioning of the System and Start-up Operation/Guarantee Run for varioussystems.

InlineInspection (ILI) of Pipeline – Intelligent scraping and review of Reports andrecommend for corrective measures.

ChemicalCleaning for Compressor Suction Lines, Lube Oil Lines, TEG System etc.

Providing inputsfor Pipeline Information Management System (PIMS) and monitoring of the System.

Participationand assistance for close out of Punch List Points and Commissioning.

Preparation/Reviewof O&M Manuals, Spare Parts Data Packages, Project Close out report.
