Engr. Ahmed Ismail has more than 14 years of construction experience gained working for both Contractors and Consultants. This experience has been gained from working in several locations throughout the many countries, especially in the Middle East. Mr. Ahmed Ismail has experience developed by working on Airports projects (Gizan), industrial project (Al-Qaryan Steel Factory) & commercial superstructure projects. His years in the construction of several projects have caused him to experience numerous different types of foundation techniques, superstructure construction in steel and reinforced concrete. By having been Cost Engineer based for most of his career, Engr. Ahmed Ismail is able to effectively manage the design stage (pre-contract). Also accurately manage the quantum of works at key stages, and to undertake pricing to produce reliable cost reports in addition to Value Engineering Management and Variation may be affect the project referring to contracts of which of fully aware of. Able to coordinate the measurement/pricing support activities with colleagues and support QS team members. Projects worked on has also meant that he has had to gain a working knowledge of other disciplines and understands that coordination of the various disciplines is necessary for successful projects.
