I am Sushanta Kumar, Indian Nationality having educational qualification of PhD in Construction Management from USA and having around 27 years of working experience in the field of Oil & Gas, LNG, Infrastructure, Water and Power Projects. 

I a flexible in nature and can compromise with any type of person and/or working environment. I am free to be transparent always and having open discussion to all my seniors and juniors as and when required. 

I always try my best and love to create a best working atmosphere in my office so that my seniors and juniors could enjoy their working and love to accept any kind of challenges in the work.
