Manage the entire labour & staff accommodation facility including the technical aspects and to ensure that discipline is maintained throughout the accommodation. Maintain an updated record of all residents staying in camp with correct contact details. Always alert and vigilant on occupants movement and update the management for any misconduct or misbehaviour in accommodation. Liaise with landlord or facility maintenance team for any security concerns. Prevent and report the use of any prohibited materials such as weapons, drugs, alcohol, etc. Conduct daily inspection of all common areas, washing and cooking facilities and allocated rooms to ensure high levels of hygiene, sanitization, and cleanliness. Conduct periodical pest control campaign to keep the premises free of crawling insects and rodents. Maintain a room allocation register for all residents, providing suitable accommodation for new hire workers. Identify and address issues, concerns, root cause of an employee and any matter that needs escalation to management. Follow up with HR and payroll department regarding workers/staff related HR issues. Employs and supervises staff plan menus, prepares food, supply orders , and stores food. Actively manage daily routine to ensure that works tasks are completed in the most effective and efficient manner. Address workers grievances and find a solution by addressing those problems to the concern person in the organization. Counseling the workmen as and when required to enhance productivity. Reduce absenteeism from work. Provide food and daily meals. Responsible to submit Covid19 update to the management.
Manage multiple camps. Responsible to provide a proper furnished accommodation with all the necessary facilities that guarantee a comfortable stay for the residents which includes in ensuring the rooms are furnished with furniture and sleeping accessories for every resident. Ensure necessary assistance and care is given to employee who has undergone medical treatment and is residing at isolation accommodation and coordinate with medical staff on the same. Follow up with the schedule of new arrivals and organize induction within 48 hours of arrival. Maintain attendance records. Distribute meal vouchers where required. Prepared reimbursement documents like medical expenses related to site accident cases. Processes visa requirements like blood group test, medical, and fingerprints in coordination with head office. Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company / camp policies. Report workers staying in the camp / not reporting to duty on daily basis to HR/Admin along with valid reason on each case. Daily camp checking. Workers & staff total details. Daily, weekly & monthly reports sent to HR/ Admin / Finance department. Handle all location of rooms for new coming / vacating staff. Keep updated record of all residents staying in accommodation. To facilitate the visit of any government official conducting audit inside the camp premises. Liaise with landlord or facility manager to ensure a proper preventive / correction maintenance program for both the buildings and equipments such as electric generator, water pumps, firefighting system, water tank etc.
Manage multiple port-a-cabin camps located in different location at Khazzan oil field. Conduct daily inspection of all common areas, and allocated rooms to ensure high level of cleanliness. Coordinating with catering department and makes sure they are maintaining the quality & hygiene food. Report accident / incident of staff to HR / Admin department for necessary immediate action. Handle immediate first aid and inform HSE / Doctor / Males nurse in case a of emergency. Managing workers count, issue food tokens, receive workers from airport. Conducting meeting with camp residents on weekend regarding housekeeping, catering, laundry. Whether they have and comments and rectifying as soon as early. Applying & issuing gate pass. Ensure discipline in Mess hall / Recreation rooms. To build and maintain effective and supportive working relationships with residents by implementing a camp committee for project representative to discuss concerns. Maintain an accommodation complaint reporting process ensuring all complaints are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
Manage multiple camps (Build & Port-a-cabin). Ensure the camps staff is maintaining a healthy condition inside the accommodation by using the right cleaning and sterilizing ways with special attention to the toilet, bathroom, kitchen and surrounding areas. Responsible and accountable for camps, catering operation, and facilities management. Maintain an updated record of all residents staying in accommodation. Ease the process of bringing the workers "from and to"the various project site by the coordinating with the transport department to arrange the buses with project transport drivers and report any workers not reporting for duty or showing poor punctuality on daily basis. Liaise to the concern line manager. Provide the management with the daily, weekly, and monthly reports which reflect camp's activities. Coordination with the department heads in monitoring the facilities in terms of electrical, mechanical and civil works in preventing and solving technical problems in camp premises. To handle, control and anticipate situation inside the camp in terms of accident, conflict between employees. Ensure that the camp related activities are operated on a cost effective platform. Monitor and prevent illegal activities prohibited by the UAE , Qatar government like smoking, alcohol consumption, chewing tobacco or any other harmful activities and substance. To keep identify methods that will offer cost savings and efficiencies. Maintaining the DEWA bills /records and controlling the consumption of water & electricity in the accommodation. Ensure in getting A grade certification for Dubai municipality for labour accommodation and maintain the same. Regular check of maintenance work on civil, electrical, plumbing, and drainage. Follow all the authority's regulations in order to avoid any penalties or fines from authorities.
Manage for multiple camps. During the shut down projects focus on extra importance in large company's that hires big number of workers and has several camps to manage. Watching of the workers number (check in, check out) and status (absent or sick) Keep eye on the quality and safety of the serve food. Supervise the preparation of all meals and ensuring that menu are being adhered to. Allot rooms, movement, transfer, issue PPE & food token. Manage hygiene and cleanliness in labour/staff accommodation and regular check of waste water removal and waste skip removed on time. Implementation health & safety regulations as per authority's standard. Maintaining the accommodation inventory and updating occupant list.
