JOB DDESCRIPTION:
COATING SUPERVISOR
•5 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas (Live Plant) as Coating Supervisor
•Preferably a Diploma Holder and can communicate in English properly
•Any Certification in Painting is an advantage
FBE Field Joint Coating Supervisor
Educational Qualification
A degree or diploma & Certification in coating application or NACE preferred.
Experience
5+ years of experience in FBE field joint coating, with 3+ years in a lead role.
Preference
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
JD
– Supervise FBE coating operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
– Oversee surface preparation, preheating, and powder application.
– Monitor coating quality, thickness, adhesion, and ensure proper curing.
– Coordinate with QC teams and address any non-conformances.
– Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
