Job Description

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Degree
Familier with ASPEN HSYSS, ASPENPLUS, FLARENET,PIPENET & Offshore/LNG
5+ Years Experience in Oil & Gas Offshore Industries
Experience in Process Engineer will be involved in the Front end engineering or EPC design activities.
Should have worked in at least one ammonia plant FEED /EPC project complete cycle.
Clear understanding of basic process engineering calculation are essential.
Develops Process Design Basis and Design Philosophies based on scope of work Experience in development of PFDs, PSFDs, P&IDs, C&EDs, Safe charts Proven skills in routine process calculations (hydraulics and sizing) and use of process software and in-house developed spreadsheets
Experience in Process control configurations and ESD systems, equipment designs such as separators, pumps, compressors, gas treatment units

Should be familiar with routine safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL etc

Knowledge of Pre commissioning/Commissioning/Operations is an added advantage
