Job Description:

Minimum Educational Qualification Required: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
Technical Skills Required: Preferably holder of RICS certificate
15+ Years Experience, in that at least 8+ Years Experience in Oman or Gulf
Must have Experience in Construction / Consultancies

The Contracts Manager is responsible for assemble and tract agreements and subcontracts and management of all post contract functions.

Assist project teams in preparing and submitting pre-qualification documentation
Assist in the awarding and negotiating of subcontract
Assemble and track exhibits for owner agreements and subcontracts.
Management of post contract functions
Tracking of payment applications, variations, claims etc.
Collaborate and establish relationships with people from various backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead by example, provide excellent coaching and feedback, and manage performance effectively.
Preparation of contractual letters
Preparation and management of budgeting and costing monitoring

HSE Knowledge & skills Required: HSE leadership & Commitment, HSE Policy & Strategic Objectives, HSE Risk Management Framework, HEMP, Emergency Preparedness, Safe systems of work, Implementation of HSE Procedures, HSE Performance Management, Incident Classification, Investigation & Reporting, HSE Audit
